This page explains how contact-form enquiries are handled in the first production version of The Holistic Approach. It is practical website wording, not legal advice.
What the form collects
The contact form asks for your name, email address, possible training times, and a message about what you want help with. Do not include highly sensitive medical details in the form.
How enquiries are used
Enquiries are used to reply to you and understand what kind of coaching support you are asking about. The website does not create an enquiry database in this first version.
Anti-bot and email services
Cloudflare Turnstile is used to check whether a submission looks automated before it is accepted. Resend is used to deliver the enquiry email to the business inbox.
Contact and deletion requests
To ask about a previous enquiry or request deletion of an email conversation, contact PTLUNDELIUS@GMAIL.COM. Direct phone and email links are also available in the footer.
