The data controller for this website is The Holistic Approach, run by Frederik Lundelius. You can contact the business at ptlundelius@gmail.com. The public training location is Gothersgade 14, Copenhagen.

The contact form asks for your name, email address, main coaching focus, optional preferred start and availability, and a message about what you would like to work toward. Do not include sensitive medical information in the form.

When available, the enquiry also includes the landing page, referring page, campaign tags, and Google advertising click identifiers. This helps identify which campaign produced the enquiry. These details are delivered with the enquiry email and are not stored in a separate website database.

This limited campaign and entry context may be kept temporarily in session storage under tha-contact-attribution-v1so it is not lost if you move between pages before sending the form. Session storage is scoped to the browser tab and does not contain your name, email address, message, or other form answers.

Enquiries are used to reply to you and understand what kind of coaching support you are asking about. The website does not create an enquiry database in this first version.

The legal basis is taking steps before a possible coaching agreement, and the legitimate interest in answering enquiries sent to the business.

Cloudflare Turnstile is used to check whether a submission looks automated before it is accepted. Resend is used to deliver the enquiry email to the business inbox.

These services are used for security and reliable email delivery. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the form usable and protected from spam.

Vercel Analytics is used for privacy-friendly site statistics and does not require a cookie banner. Google Analytics 4 is used only if you click Accept in the analytics banner. If accepted, Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga, _gid, or _ga_* to understand website usage.

If analytics is accepted, the site records privacy-safe contact interactions such as which contact button was used, clicks on public phone or email links, whether the form was started, and whether submission succeeded or failed. Form answers, names, email addresses, security tokens, and advertising click identifiers are not included in analytics events.

The site stores your analytics choice in local storage under tha-analytics-consent. You can change your choice later with the Cookie settings link in the footer. Declining analytics removes Google Analytics cookies that the site can access from this domain.

The website uses Vercel for hosting and analytics, Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-bot checks, Resend for email delivery, and Google Analytics if analytics consent is accepted. These providers may process data outside Denmark or the EU, using their published transfer safeguards where required.

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to reply and follow up. If an enquiry does not become an active client relationship, it is normally deleted within 12 months. If you become a client, relevant messages may be kept for the duration of the client relationship and any legal or accounting retention requirements.

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing where the law gives you that right. You can also complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Authority.
